Saint Mary’s Church

Today is the last of the Rogation days as tomorrow is the feast of the Ascension. Today also happens to be the feast of Our Lady of Fátima. In a 1917 apparition to three poor children of a shepherd, St Mary told the three children about the im A small Mother's Day gift for all the mothers and grandmothers of the parish.

Isaiah 66:13 “As a mother comforts her child, so I will comfort you"

For all mothers, grandmothers, step-mothers and mother-figures in our lives, may God bless O bless us, dear Lady,
With blessings from heaven,
And to our petitions

Ave, Ave, Ave Maria!
Ave, Ave Maria! May is the month of Mary. This coming Sunday, the first Sunday of May, we will be honoring Our Lady with a special ceremony known as the "May Crowning." 

Devotion to Our Lady is as ancient as Christianity itself, but the custom of honoring Join us on Friday at 9:00 a.m. as we celebrate the Feast of Sts. Philip & James: Apostles & Martyrs. YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED! 

We are planning a Vacation Bible School (VBS) for this July.  VBS is a week-long program (Mon-Fri) where children, five years and up, are immersed into engaging Bible stories and learn about the Good News of Jesus, through les Tomorrow's Mass at 9 a.m. will be a votive for the electing of a new bishop for the Diocese of Long Island. Please pray for the candidates, the delegates, and all assembled at the Cathedral on Saturday; for the Holy Spirit's guidance that the person A prayer for the upcoming election of our next bishop.
